In this blog, you will find out what problems in terms of communication your company may face during its globalization process and how INKLUSIVE can solve them using storytelling, motion design for diverse audiences, and professional visual communication services.

Global credibility is a matter of visual infrastructure now. Choosing the right motion design company in Portugal can be the single most consequential decision a scaling brand makes. Here is what Portugal’s most ambitious brands face on the path to global expansion, and what a decade of enterprise communication design work has taught us about solving it.

Portugal Is Having a Moment. The Visual Gap Is Real.

Portugal Is Having a Moment. The Visual Gap Is Real

Startups from Portugal raised about €780 million in venture investments in 2025, more than double the amount raised in 2020 (€320 million). (Portugal Ventures / Dealroom via The Portugal Brief, 2026)

Portugal hosts 8 unicorns and ranks among the fastest-growing startup ecosystems in Europe. The startup count grew by 8% in 2025 alone. Porto alone holds the technology centres of 8 unicorns and employs 42% of the country’s workforce and generates 36% of its GDP. (Startup Genome, 2026)

Products emerging from this ecosystem are truly world-class. In every instance where a Portuguese brand expands internationally, what consistently fails to transfer is the visual communication layer. That is not our opinion. That is the repeated experience of having worked with numerous scaleups who have successfully demonstrated their product-market fit in Portugal and need to recreate this success with new audiences.

Finding the right motion graphic design services in Portugal is not simply hiring good animators. It is about partnering with a design studio that understands the unique challenges of communicating credibility to an audience that is still discovering the brand and requires a visual layer to prove capability.

What Portuguese Brands Face When Expanding

What Portuguese Brands Face When Expanding

Think about the challenge Portugal’s biggest brands face when trying to sell their value propositions to new audiences.

Feedzai needs to market its artificial intelligence-driven fraud prevention tools to the biggest financial institutions in the world. It speaks to a risk-averse, technically literate, and skeptical audience and must demonstrate precision in every asset.

Talkdesk needs to sell an AI-powered cloud contact centre to enterprises in North America, Europe, and Asia, not just to the person who originally got the pitch, but also to 13 other stakeholders identified by Forrester as necessary participants in a modern B2B purchase.

Sword Health is trying to sell a solution combining artificial intelligence and physiotherapy to US healthcare payers and employers. The buying process with such an audience evaluates capability based on clinical evidence and maturity, not brand enthusiasm.

Every one of these brands needs visual communication built for the international audience, not their domestic audience. The presentation brief, the motion brief, the report brief, everything changes when you change the audience.

FROM OUR PROJECT EXPERIENCE

In analysing visual communications built by scaleups to address European and North American markets, we keep identifying one common problem: the asset has been created assuming a shared understanding of the context, category, and brand.

Pacing relies on this shared understanding of the story. Narrative relies on this shared category expertise. The asset cannot convey the argument without a presenter in the room. Fixing that problem involves a fundamental redesign and restructuring — mapping the argument before the production process, applying a new pacing framework to each platform, creating a second version of the asset for asynchronous use.

We have successfully solved this problem for medtech, cleantech, energy, FMCG, and government projects. Expanding into international markets from Portugal follows exactly the same pattern.

Four Pain Points That Keep Coming Up

Four Pain Points That Keep Coming Up

After having worked with 780+ brands in enterprise B2B, cleantech, medtech, and financial services, here are the four friction points we keep running into regarding brands expanding internationally.

1. Motion built for Lisbon fails to impress London and New York audiences

Product explainer made for Web Summit operates on certain contextual assumptions. A procurement specialist at a Fortune 500 company watching the same asset six weeks after the original pitch lacks this context. According to Gartner, today’s B2B buyers only spend 17% of the purchasing time meeting the vendors.

INKLUSIVE IN PRACTICE — Enterprise Presentation Design

BIOTRONIK: Strategic Update Presentation
BIOTRONIK, a German cardiovascular medtech leader

The brief: BIOTRONIK, a German cardiovascular medtech leader, needed to design their 2025+ Strategic Update presentation under tight deadline pressures. Complex, dense infographics, rigid brand guidelines, pixel-perfect execution, built for senior internal leadership across multiple geographies reviewing it independently, not in one meeting.

What we did: We executed a design sprint overnight and delivered two visual directions tailored specifically to the BIOTRONIK brand within 24 hours. Both included argumentative layouts, simplified data flows, customized infographics, and perfect execution under the strict branding guidelines. Our small team handled several detailed rounds of feedback until completion.

Why it matters here: This is the asynchronous communication problem manifested. A strategic presentation to be reviewed independently by leadership across geographies cannot rely on a presenter to fill in gaps. The motion design brief for Portuguese brands moving into international markets faces exactly this challenge.

2. Internal consistency erodes as brands scale

A 5-person brand evolves into a 200-person company with branches across Europe and the US after a Series B. Everyone makes different visual choices. Consistency goes out the window. Investors see it. Enterprise buyers see it. Our one-Creative-Manager model was specifically designed to solve this particular problem.

3. Technical depth gets stripped out in favour of simplicity

This happens to nearly all deeptech and B2B brands. A complex product gets simplified to generic icons and arrows in an animated video. The result is a visual asset that appeals to everyone and convinces no one. That is precisely why we created the Storyboard Discipline principle to solve the problem of failed motion communication for enterprise buyers.

4. Sustainability credentials fail to transfer

According to grid operator REN, renewables accounted for 68% of Portugal’s electricity demand in 2025 — a historic record. Still, cleantech and sustainable energy brands regularly see their efforts fail to convince an international audience that has been bombarded with similar messages. Motion design for sustainability involves building credibility through restraint.

“As Portuguese companies expand internationally, investor and buyer confidence increasingly depend on their ability to communicate maturity, consistency, and reliability through their visual communication.”

— Aayush Jain, Founder, INKLUSIVE

What Motion Design Must Do Differently for Portuguese Brands

It is not the case that Portuguese brands lack a visual design sensibility. On the contrary, the design ethos emanating from Lisbon and Porto is quite strong, restrained, clear, elegant. It is a much stronger foundation than many markets offer. The problem lies in the motion infrastructure yet to be built in order for Portuguese brands to succeed internationally.

The distinction between a competent motion graphic design agency in Portugal versus a run-of-the-mill studio rests here: the former’s capacity to construct a system of motion communication based on the psychology of its audience, rather than aesthetics. The consideration of what constitutes the best motion design companies in Portugal always boils down to communication design thinking.

Kinetic Data Storytelling: The Feedzai Case Study

Kinetic Data Storytelling: The Feedzai Case Study

Feedzai is processing billions of transactions for the biggest financial institutions in the world. This story is currently being told mainly through static reports. The opportunity lies in creating kinetic data storytelling — one frame building on another, leading an audience of compliance specialists to understand each layer of the story.

Dual-FORMAT Motion System: The Talkdesk Sales Process

Forrester estimates an average B2B purchase requires involvement of 13 internal stakeholders and 9 external participants. (Forrester State of Business Buying, 2025) Gartner adds that 74% of the purchasing team experiences internal conflict during the decision-making process — frequently due to independent analysis and differing assumptions on their part. Motion design not conveying the message unless explained does not solve this problem.

Dual-format communication systems, one version to be used at the live stage and one version to be used asynchronously as a leave-behind material, becomes absolutely necessary for the enterprise sales process. We deliver both formats at once, as one and the same brief.

Multi-Audience Motion Design Brief: The International Market Problem

Successful Portuguese brands sell to luxury buyers in Milan, investors in San Francisco, and enterprises in Tokyo — all with essentially the same set of assets. The approach required is market-specific motion variations stemming from the same core brand architecture: the same visual structure but different narrative approaches per market. Most motion design studios deliver a single version and revise it at the end — we tailor motion to audiences upfront.

INKLUSIVE IN PRACTICE — Brand Film / Motion Design for a Multi-Audience Government Brief

Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD) — 8-Minute Bilingual Brand Film

The brief: The Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi requested a bilingual brand film for ADIHEX. The goal was to showcase the agency’s environmental initiatives, activities, partnerships, and objectives. The film had to include five separate narrative blocks, follow the EAD’s branding guidelines, and be delivered within one month.

What we did: We defined the narrative structure of the film and moodboarded it. Then, we gathered high-quality stock footage and enhanced the raw footage provided by EAD. We designed custom motion graphics to tell this story, including multiple feedback rounds.

Why it matters here: This is an extremely challenging multi-audience brief to execute. There are two languages, five audience segments to consider, one consistent brand to represent, and one month’s time. This exact motion communication approach is what Portuguese brands need when entering international markets.

Sustainability Communication Through Architecture

RENEWABLES Now reports 68% share of national electricity generation in Portugal in 2025 thanks to renewable sources. (REN / Renewables Now, January 2026) This is an actual accomplishment worthy of recognition in global sustainability circles. The visual communication challenge facing Portuguese cleantech companies is not in asserting this achievement but in demonstrating its significance to others.

A winning approach to motion design for sustainability in 2026 involves embedding sustainability credentials into the very architecture of the visual communication system: how it sequences information, how it organizes data, what is omitted in favour of what is included. As seen in the Apraava Energy engagement, this is achieved through a custom-built design system where sustainability narrative becomes integral to the structure of visuals.

INKLUSIVE: Where Portuguese Ambition Meets Global Execution

INKLUSIVE Where Portuguese Ambition Meets Global Execution

A key moment for any Portuguese brand involves transitioning from domestic growth to international expansion. From then on, the investor deck or the product explainer that was effective back home will fail to make the intended impact — in New York or London or Singapore. The visual communication challenge faced by Portuguese scaleups involves building a motion system capable of conveying credibility to an unfamiliar audience.

That is precisely what INKLUSIVE specializes in: creating enterprise-level communication systems that work for different audiences, in multiple formats, and under tight time constraints. We are not a motion design company. We are a creative motion graphic design agency that happens to work with motion graphics as its medium. And we already know exactly how that medium works to achieve different goals.

4 guiding principles shape every brief we accept:

 • Kinetic Hierarchy– viewers’ attention is designed at each frame
 • Storyboard Discipline– story is mapped before animation begins
 • Platform Logic- pacing and format tailored for real use
 • Controlled Velocity- transitions paced for message

The Real Challenge Is Perception at Scale

The Real Challenge Is Perception at Scale

Portuguese startups no longer have to prove their capability of delivering top-notch products. Brands like Feedzai, Talkdesk, OutSystems, and Sword Health have already done so. The challenge is in proving the credibility of their offerings internationally to an audience unfamiliar with them and constantly considering different options.

According to Forrester’s 2024 survey, 41% of B2B buyers prefer a specific vendor even before beginning their evaluation process. (Forrester / Tractioncomplete, 2026) It means that most sellers are stepping into a decision-making process already underway. Visual impressions made even before the initial discussion will determine whether the buyer prefers them or not.

Finding the right motion design partner for Portuguese companies means working with a studio that understands the specificities of communication to new audiences. A studio that creates visuals for the domestic brief will deliver results suitable for the domestic audience. But what a Portuguese brand expanding internationally really needs is a motion design company in Portugal familiar with its audience.

Is your brand ready for global recognition?

We help Portuguese brands create a communication motion design system that communicates credibility internationally.

SaaS & Enterprise Technology Development: While developing enterprise software solutions for B2B clients, a good motion graphic design company in Ireland will help with animated explainers. It will also prepare visual content that will be presented to customers during product presentation (for instance, SaaS). According to the data from the Irish Entrepreneur Blog, the total amount of investments made in the Irish enterprise software development market has exceeded €200 million (Q1 2025).

Fintech Communications: Ireland is one of the major fintech hubs in Europe. Fintech companies need professional animation services when they communicate with investors and other business partners. Motion graphic designs allow building trust with regulators and other parties by explaining technical aspects.

MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices: Companies working in the healthcare sector usually order professional medical motion graphic videos in order to present complicated studies to potential investors. For instance, INKLUSIVE has produced medical motion graphics for the leading medtech company BIOTRONIK.

Social Media Branding: The Irish digital advertising market is booming. Every year, the number of ads increases. So, in order to grab the audience’s attention, brands use motion graphic designs on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Event Visual Communication: Due to the reputation of being a popular destination for hosting events in the European region, there is a growing demand for visual communication instruments like event visuals and motion-enabled presentations in Ireland. In this respect, INKLUSIVE is undoubtedly ahead of its rivals due to its extensive experience in motion graphic design and enterprise-level presentations.

What Makes an Outstanding Motion Design Agency in Ireland?

Now that you understand why motion graphic design is so important for companies operating in Ireland, it is crucial to determine what features make a truly outstanding studio providing motion graphic design services. With a broad experience in motion graphic design for technology infrastructures, medtech brands, enterprise software, and consumer businesses, INKLUSIVE knows everything about a successful project. Whether you’re evaluating a creative motion graphic design agency for a single campaign or a long-term partner, these are the qualities that separate the best from the rest.

1. Strategy First, then Execution

The best motion design companies carefully analyse a briefing to determine the next steps and the action that a viewer should take at the end of the video. This determines how information is organised and how the video or animation looks in the end.

2. Consistency in the Use of Visual Language

For ensuring a consistent brand experience, it is critical for a motion design company to align a visual language used in animations with the brand’s visual identity, including fonts, colors, tone of voice, etc.

3. Versatility in Animating Content

An outstanding agency knows how to create both 2D and 3D videos. Apart from this, the company must also demonstrate expertise in diverse animation techniques such as character animation, data visualisation, or UI micro-interaction.

4. Ability to Handle Pressure

Motion graphic design campaigns require prompt actions from a motion design agency. The ability to cope with pressure and deliver high-quality projects is very important in evaluating candidates.

5. Enterprise Capability

Large corporations need advanced project management, versioning, secure delivery channels, and stakeholder coordination. An enterprise-ready studio is equipped with the right resources to deal with these requirements.

Top 10 Motion Design Companies in Ireland (2026)

Best For: Enterprise corporations and B2B brands, SaaS and fintech companies, health/medtech organizations, and brands that require premium investor communications.

From the Experience of Working with INKLUSIVE:

Working with the global leader of medical devices, BIOTRONIK, we helped them create medical motion graphic videos that would help them explain complicated concepts to a diverse audience. Apart from 2D motion graphics, INKLUSIVE provided HPE and Apraava Energy with complex animations that helped explain difficult infrastructure products.

In our experience, enterprise corporations typically have more information about their products than they need to include in a motion graphic video. Our challenge during diagnostics was to decide which pieces of information were necessary, which could be used as supporting context, and which had better be omitted.

Why INKLUSIVE Is at the Top of This List: One Thing No Other Agency Can Offer

All motion graphic design agencies listed above specialize in particular areas. The reason why INKLUSIVE beats its competitors in the Irish market is not in the specialization, it is in the unique combination of services that no studio has ever managed to combine under one roof.

One major challenge of working with enterprise clients is the need to develop motion design projects alongside corporate presentations in order to ensure consistent brand experience. As a motion design company in Ireland brands rely on for full-scale enterprise work, INKLUSIVE became one of few agencies in the market capable of providing consistent presentations and animation designs with a single briefing and single creative vision.

The main advantage that comes out of this is continuity of the strategic vision behind both motion design and presentations. As our experience in working with Apraava Energy and EAD showed, having a single team ensures continuity of messaging between all formats.

How To Select the Best Irish Motion Design Partner

How To Select the Best Irish Motion Design Partner

Selecting the right motion design studio involves more than just creative decision-making. The most common mistake enterprises make while selecting a motion design company is hiring studios solely based on their showreels without considering their process.

Here are a few questions to consider when selecting the right motion designer:

Pre-Hire Checklist

✓ Have they worked in my industry before?

✓ Do they understand my business needs or are obsessed only with their creative vision?

✓ Can they produce the quality of work I require from a design agency?

✓ How does their revision and feedback process work?

✓ Are their designers in-house or are they outsourcing tasks to freelancers?

✓ Are they able to handle the volume and velocity of my project?

✓ Are they skilled enough to create cohesive motion designs?

✓ How quickly can they complete projects on deadline?

It is crucial to be realistic about the requirements your project imposes on the agency you are planning to hire. Motion graphic designs services in Ireland range from small boutique studios producing single explainer videos to global studios capable of handling multi-channel enterprise campaigns.

Final Thoughts

In Ireland’s growing creative industry, employment in the digital creative sector rose by 50% between 2019 and 2023. This, along with the country’s growing tech, fintech, healthcare, and corporate communications industry, is driving the demand for quality motion graphic design services in Ireland.

In this article, we listed the ten motion design agencies in Ireland that will be able to satisfy your needs in 2026. While each agency is very good in its field, only INKLUSIVE offers enterprise readiness, global delivery, and a comprehensive set of motion graphic design services.

TL;DRThe role of the motion design company in Austria is changing. From a creative service, it is turning into the infrastructure that powers brands and their communications. Through AI-assisted animation, real-time motion systems, and motion-first identities, European brands will soon rely on the power of motion design for much more than eye-catching videos. This piece examines the evolution, reveals the latest 2026 trends, analyzes the ROI of motion, and introduces The INKLUSIVE Motion Stack™, our four-layer approach to creating sustainable brand motion infrastructures.

Motion is becoming the new language of branding. The brands that master it will rule the next decade.

If you’ve been walking Vienna’s first district on any given weekday afternoon, take some time to listen to what marketing leads discuss in the coffee shops surrounding the WKO or agency offices along Mariahilfer Straße. It won’t be about logos. It won’t be about the choice of typeface. It’ll be about frames, transitions, and the half-second of motion that convinces people to stop scrolling.

Motion design has turned Austria into one of Europe’s most interesting motion design markets, and for a reason. The best motion design companies in Austria are now being called upon not just to create assets, but to build the systems behind them.

From our audits of European product teams over the past 18 months, a pattern emerged again and again: The brands’ guidelines and systems are beautifully laid out on paper. They fall apart the second motion enters the picture.

How Austrian Brands Are Innovating Visual Communications

How Austrian Brands Are Innovating Visual Communications

Austria has a distinct design tradition: Precise. Minimalistic. Confidence. It’s a kind of brand communication that requires no explanation. Historically, this style made Austrian branding famous for its stillness, the Viennese poster style, the austere grid aesthetic that still prevails in the best design firms in Austria today.

Transferred into motion design, Austrian restraint creates an effect few others in Europe can match. It’s animation that truly earns its frame rate. It’s the kind of work that sets a creative motion graphic design agency apart from the rest. And yet, time and again, the audits reveal the same issue. The aesthetics of motion are clearly there. The system to support them is not.

Looking around the Austrian market, you’ll find different instances of that operational gap playing out in slightly different ways:

 • With many of Austria’s successful fintech brands, Bitpanda, wikifolio, and an increasing number of B2B fintech products emerging from the Erste Hub, motion has moved firmly into the role of a pitch tool. The problem? These motion pieces are designed for a single purpose only, then discarded.
 • Austria’s SaaS companies such as Tractive or Adverity are competing on the same level of visual sophistication as their Silicon Valley peers. The issue? For the most part, motion design sits outside of the brand’s system of visuals, a function of whoever joined most recently.
 • Austrian manufacturing giants such as Doppelmayr, voestalpine, or Anton Paar create fantastic kinetic content for trade events or LinkedIn posts. What do they find once they return to their brand guideline documentation? That motion has never been properly considered.
 • Austrian tourism brands, including Tirol Werbung and many of the alpine hotel groups with international ambitions, create stunning visual stories of their destinations. Typically in one powerful campaign that leaves little room for repetition or future motion iterations.

Austrian brands are not trying to shout louder. The issue is not a lack of talent or vision. It’s a lack of infrastructure.

The Evolution of Motion Design

Understanding the future of motion design in Austria means understanding the path that has led to it.

The Evolution of Motion Design

Trends Shaping the Motion Design Landscape for 2026 in Europe

Trends Shaping the Motion Design Landscape for 2026 in Europe

Here are five unmistakable trends for 2026 – and Austrian brands are leading the pack in all of them.

Artificial Intelligence Generated Animation

No substitute for creative vision, but an incredibly efficient tool in drastically reducing the time taken to go from idea to sketch phase. The best European creative teams are already leveraging artificial intelligence to test more directions in days than would’ve taken weeks just two years ago. The same creative challenge? Significantly less time cost involved in its resolution.

Real-Time Rendering

Dynamic brand elements including price animation systems, live dashboards, and product configurators rendered instantly based on the user’s input. This is the area in which Austrian software brands are leading the way. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved here in terms of technology, but the reward is immense.

Interactive Narrative Design

Motion-based elements driven by the user’s action. From scroll-driven animation sequences to interactive case studies to animated landing pages, this is quickly becoming the expected standard for enterprise-grade web design across Austria and Germany.

Motion-Driven Branding

Probably the most radical shift in thinking on the list. With branding being done increasingly using motion as the medium of choice, questions regarding the animation become front and center – how the logo appears, how the text is arranged, how the product transitions.

Spatial and Immersive Design

Three-dimensional motion graphics and AR-driven product presentation are becoming the rule rather than the exception for luxury Austrian brands. Early signs include the Magna Steyr Automotive Innovation Center in Graz as well as the exhibitions at the Albertina and MAK museum.

The INKLUSIVE Motion Stack

The INKLUSIVE Motion Stack

There is one thing nearly every motion design engagement ends up failing for.

Great creative work done, but no underlying processes that would make it sustainable. Brilliant motion design is great on its own, but the brand doesn’t know how to build it.

This is the challenge we face as a motion design agency working in Austria.

For instance, working for a major SaaS firm headquartered in Austria, in 2026, we observed five distinct styles of motion design that the brand was implementing. This included their investment presentations, user onboarding experiences, and even social media such as LinkedIn. On the other hand, the firm had employed and subsequently terminated three motion designers within a single quarter period. No motion design principles. No motion briefs. Freelance individuals designing for themselves.

So, we created the INKLUSIVE Motion Stack ™.

LayerPurposeImportance
Motion DNADefinition of core principles, signature transitions, brand motion vocabularyWithout this layer, each motion design will need to reinvent the brand.
Template LibraryMotion asset templates for social media, product, presentations, and event designThis makes brands scalable in terms of motion design and drastically cuts production time.
Production EngineEstablishes production capacity (subscription based, AI-aided, embedded review cycles)Replaces project-by-project approach to motion production with a subscription based system.
Embedded StrategyEmbedding motion direction into marketing strategy planning processEnsures that motion design supports marketing campaigns strategically, not just aesthetically.

Every layer depends on the layer above. But the weakest link in the chain isn’t layer three or layer two. It’s layer one. Without having a coherent system of motion principles, even the greatest production capacity is useless. Every deliverable gets done, but every motion system suffers from lack of consistency.

Why Businesses Need a Motion Design Partner, Not Just Designers

Why Businesses Need a Motion Design Partner, Not Just Designer

In every Austrian brand audit, we have encountered this point eventually. You see, you don’t need another vendor. You need a partner that will build sustainable solutions to motion problems.

The designer will provide you with files. The partner will create the four-layer motion infrastructure and manage it for you.

Three operational factors differentiate this approach from the traditional one:

 1. Single point of creative direction, not fragmented instructions spread out among freelancers, brand guidelines, and institutional knowledge leaving when the team leaves.
 2. Subscription-based output capacity, not individual projects that take time to plan and stop production gaps between campaigns.
 3. Embedded into marketing strategy, to support campaign planning not just execution.

That’s why demand for motion graphic design services in Austria is skyrocketing. Clients are no longer asking for a motion graphic designer. They are asking for a motion engine for their brand.

The ROI of Motion Graphics

Motion design is often viewed as a creative, but unquantifiable investment, feel good but costly. As motion becomes brand infrastructure, this perception will change fast.

When Motion Pays OffWhy it works
Greater engagement on social and LinkedInMotion content outperforms static in terms of views, likes, shares (LinkedIn Marketing Solutions B2B Benchmarks)
Faster product comprehensionAnimation reduces product onboarding friction (Wyzowl State of Video Marketing)
Better conversion on landing pagesPages that feature motion content perform better (HubSpot Marketing Statistics)
More memorable brandsMotion creates powerful emotional anchors static design cannot
Reduced sales-cycle frictionMotions sales decks require less follow-up
Less expensive in the long runTemplate-based systems reduce costs significantly compared to custom motion design per asset

Final Thoughts

Austrian brands may not know how to make noise. Their design culture, however, values precision, minimalism, and elegance in their design communications. This aesthetic attitude is exactly what drives the future of brand identity.

But without proper systems, even the most creative brands will struggle to capitalize on their unique strengths. Without infrastructure, they will only repeat what they have already done.

The brands in Austria that have mastered motion infrastructure already gained an edge in engagement and product storytelling. To sustain it long-term, Austria needs to develop the same systems, the infrastructure to support its creativity.

If 2026 is the year your brand takes that step, partner with the motion design company in Austria that thinks about tomorrow.

TL;DRThe digital economy of Greece is flourishing, yet most brands continue to use static communication channels while customers consume content through video-oriented channels. As a leading motion design company in Greece, INKLUSIVE has seen firsthand that the power of motion design is not merely aesthetic anymore, it boosts comprehension, increases engagement levels, and generates conversions. This blog article takes a look at what makes Greek companies underperform, typical errors that prevent success, and how INKLUSIVE assists in implementing effective motion design strategies.

The Difference Between Two Greek Brands

The Difference Between Two Greek Brands

Imagine two Greek businesses entering the market at the exact same time. Comparable budgets. Comparable products. One opts for spending the budget on making sure the company website looks sleek and features a static logo design. The other company spends the budget on developing a moving logo identity; a brand reveal animation sequence, a six second social media loop, and a minute long explainer video on the homepage.

In just three months, the first business saw decent web traffic. But the second one saw four times more social media interaction, double the sector average conversion rate on its homepage, and even had the sales team say that the clients knew what they were selling before calling. This wasn’t because of the money invested – but because one chose to express itself with motion instead of through words.

The Digital Economy Of Greece Is Surpassing Visual Communications

Over €732 million have been spent on startup investments in Greece in 2025, an increment of 35% compared to last year when venture markets in Europe saw contraction. 63,000 businesses have launched in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 11%. The Greek tech sector saw a growth of 15% in 2024 even as other parts of Europe remained largely stagnant. The size of the e-commerce market in Greece rose to $14.26 billion in 2024, and expectedly, it will reach the size of $37.66 billion by 2032, at an estimated annual growth rate of 15%.

In terms of advertisements, there’s a clear indication that advertisers have full faith in digital communication. Total advertisement expenditure in Greece is expected to reach $1.69 billion in 2025 with year-on-year growth for digital ads at 16%, surpassing expectations. For brands seeking motion graphic design services in Greece, the timing has never been more critical.

And the trend can also be analyzed through the platform usage.

The Digital Economy Of Greece Is Surpassing Visual Communications

Greek audiences are highly immersed with video-first social networks. Greece has 7.4 million users on YouTube, 4.25 million on Instagram and 3.84 million on TikTok. As per prediction, as early as 2030, around 65.6% of all Greek advertising budgets will be digital. Infrastructure is there. The audience base is prepared. Greek brands’ visual communication needs an upgrade.

This table explains why Greek brands cannot be ignored any longer:

Greece Digital Market Growth - Key Indicators

Motion Design Is More Than Making Videos

Production companies optimize their process for visual output. Successful motion design teams optimize their process for comprehension, retention, and conversion. In short, production companies ask does it look good? Successful motion design teams ask does it work.

Good motion design helps people understand products, interfaces, and brand narratives faster than any static presentation can. It’s applying design thinking to motion communication, visual hierarchy to guide the eye, typographic rhythm to control pace, color relationships to carry emotions, and composition to create meaning across formats from six seconds to ninety.

And the performance impact of this approach is quantifiable. Websites that use video achieve an average conversion rate of 4.8%, compared to 2.9% for websites without. In other words, a single creative choice boosts performance 65%. 93% of video marketers report a positive return on investment. 85% of consumers say they have been persuaded to buy by watching a video. And 96% of people have watched an explainer video before purchasing.

Those results are not achieved by focusing purely on production quality. They come from design thinking in the planning phase.

Greek Brands: Where They Fall Short & How to Avoid Those Pitfalls

Greek Brands Where They Fall Short & How to Avoid Those Pitfalls

Greece is witnessing the adoption of motion design within its e-commerce businesses, tourism, and financial technology sectors. Fintech and SaaS businesses, flush with the record €732M invested into Greek startups in 2025, are realising that an explainer video can be the difference between an investor understanding your product and not. For any motion design company in Greece, this growing awareness marks a genuine turning point, but three common implementation pitfalls repeatedly hold Greek brands back from achieving these sorts of results from their motion design investments.

But here’s the catch, three common implementation pitfalls repeatedly hold Greek brands back from achieving these sorts of results from their motion design investments.

Pitfall 1: Investing in Production Without Developing a Motion Identity First

The most common mistake made by brands is the assumption that creating a brand film or social video is enough, without first defining a motion identity system. Without a motion identity guideline that outlines how the logo moves, how the typography moves, and what easing curves define the motion system of a brand, each subsequent piece of motion content will fail to connect with previous content. The brand will appear fragmented across platforms, even if the individual assets have been well produced. A Greek startup might pay €15,000 for a launch film yet still not have a motion identity. Why? Because that visual language cannot be extended to social posts or UI animations.

Pitfall 2: Repurposing Motion Without Redesigning Content for Platforms

Different social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn all require different visual languages and behaviors. Motion content built for one platform cannot simply be repurposed to another without some sort of redesign – it must be considered and planned for ahead of time. Greek businesses that repurpose their videos and motion content without redesigning for the different behavior of audiences on different platforms are underperforming relative to their competition that do account for these differences. For example, 7.4 million Greeks view YouTube videos compared to only 3.84 million watching TikTok videos. The motion system should take this into consideration.

Pitfall 3: Considering Motion Design As a Particular Content Asset Rather than a Design System

Project-based motion design assets produce declining returns over time. The more assets that must be produced, the more work that needs to be done from scratch for each brief: concept development, motion identity design, and production. Instead, a more efficient approach is to focus on a motion design system that creates repeatable on-brand motion content at scale. These are the Greek brands who are adopting motion as a strategic advantage and producing brand motion design systems.

Strategic Motion Design: What Is Really Required

Addressing these gaps requires more than just production capacity. It requires partnering with a motion graphic design company in Greece that considers strategy first, then builds design systems to enable scalable motion design content creation. That’s a much harder brief to fulfill than it sounds. Most motion design agencies out there today are in fact production companies. They can animate and produce well. But that’s not enough – there is no strategy behind the work, no motion identity to support the work, and no future planning framework for what to build next. INKLUSIVE was founded to operate in a different way.

How INKLUSIVE Helps Greek Brands

As a creative motion graphic design agency, INKLUSIVE brings a strategy-first approach to every engagement. Here is how that translates in practice:

 • Strategizes Before Creating Motion: Every project begins with a creative brief based on strategy, not simply production considerations. INKLUSIVE starts by understanding brand positioning and audience behaviors so that motion is always designed with the end user in mind.
 • Builds Design Systems, Not Isolated Assets: INKLUSIVE designs motion identities – animated logo systems, typography, colors-in-motion, and platform-specific templates – so that every motion asset produced feels like part of a consistent system that extends across different channels.
 • Designs For Specific Platform Requirements: Different platforms have different visual requirements. The visual grammars of YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok need to be respected. Each piece of content should be designed specifically for each platform and each of their particularities.
 • Combines Local Knowledge With Pan-European Experience: Founded in Greece and working internationally with a wide array of clients, INKLUSIVE understands both the peculiarities of the local market and how to develop content according to pan-European standards.
 • Full Service, Full Control: All phases of the motion production process happen in-house, from the creative brief, scriptwriting, storyboard development, animation, and sound, to the delivery. No handoffs between different agencies, only end-to-end creativity under the same roof.
 • Deliverables Measure Outcomes, Not Looks: Every asset is delivered against a communication goal. Whether it be driving conversions, communicating to investors, or simply capturing attention in a crowded social media feed, INKLUSIVE delivers content that is measured against that goal and not aesthetic criteria.

Indian Coast Guard: Explainer Video Series

Motion Design to explain complex procedural operations across a multicultural audience.

SCOPE

INKLUSIVE developed a series of motion design videos to visually explain complex procedures for the Indian Coast Guard. The scope of the project involved producing a series of professional-grade motion design videos that explained procedural actions without narration, with high clarity of information and instructions across multiple languages spoken across India.

CHALLENGES

This project posed several challenges for INKLUSIVE – primarily the need for clear visual explanation of complicated procedural actions with little room for misunderstanding. The main obstacle presented by the brief itself was that information in the form of multiple textual blocks, diagrams, and character animation could cause viewers to feel overwhelmed and not pay sufficient attention to the actual information being conveyed. Simply put – there was too much going on for the viewer to keep track of the key information.

The solution did not involve motion technique, but rather information architecture.

INKLUSIVE SOLUTION

Revisited information architecture, restructuring how information flows and what is communicated in each motion video. Each motion video focused on conveying a single procedure or a series of procedural actions with a clear beginning, middle, and ending.

Implemented a system of sequential revealing of animated objects. At no point should two animated objects be on the screen simultaneously unless their relation to the overall procedural sequence is evident.

Controlled text density – reducing number of text elements per frame while using animation and movement to guide viewer attention rather than bombarding him/her with textual blocks.

Adjusted the timing of animation to ensure maximum comprehension. Slower reveals for complicated parts of the procedure, faster reveal for additional or explanatory content.

OUTCOME

Comprehension became easier due to the removal of simultaneous animation in favor of sequential revelation and reduction of text density. INKLUSIVE was able to successfully communicate complicated procedures without compromising visual quality.

The insight we developed in this project – “resolve before you reveal” – is a principle that INKLUSIVE applies across all of our procedural communication motion design projects. Sounds obvious in retrospect. But is rarely taken into account until an audience actually fails to comprehend the video content that is obviously easy to understand.

Why Does Motion Design Matter to Greek Brands

Why Does Motion Design Matter to Greek Brands

For Greek businesses assessing how to incorporate motion design into their brand strategies, the scope is actually much larger than most think. Among the best motion design companies in Greece, the starting point for any investment depends on the current gap in communication for the business.

Brand Animation & Motion Identity Systems

The base that amplifies any other motion design investment for a brand. A library of branded assets that include animated logos and typography as well as template files tailored to specific social media platforms will give a brand an effective visual identity system that can consistently be used to communicate across channels.

Without a motion identity, each asset is siloed and produces standalone results. With it, however, each successive piece of motion content compounds the effect of the previous and builds a stronger brand presence.

Explainer Videos

96% of people view product videos before making decisions about their purchases. Explainer videos are the highest leverage investment a brand can make in order to communicate its proposition to potential investors and customers from an international market.

Social Motion Content

The global spend on short video ads increased by 40% in 2025. And for Greek businesses, this requires creating motion designs specific to the needs and behavior of the platform being used – whether TikTok, LinkedIn, or Instagram.

Corporate B2B Communication & Pitch Decks

69% of B2B buyers claim that video communication plays an important role in influencing their decision-making process. Motion design plays a critical role in pitching a business and its product in order to generate interest from potential European investors.

Digital Products & UX/UI

Micro-interactions and walkthroughs to improve usability and retention of users on Greek digital products and websites.

This should have happened years ago in Greek tech, but often gets postponed because it’s not considered a priority. Until it becomes clear how crucial motion in the user interface is for retaining a customer’s attention.

In performance-oriented online environments, motion design creates brand consistency and enables faster understanding of a product proposition. In today’s digital age, this is not simply a matter of creativity for Greece. It is a commercial imperative.

You have a good product. You have an excellent team. You have a clear vision. But somehow, somewhere, between your vision and the user’s screen, the message stops being communicated.

This happens almost weekly to INKLUSIVE, a motion design company in Lithuania: Lithuanian fintech rolls out a polished dashboard, Vilnius-based SaaS creates a carefully written landing page, Kaunas-based product launches a thoughtful brand system, and watches its activation graphs drop in the very first week. There is nothing wrong with the product, it’s the communication layer that fails. In most Baltic product audits that we do, it’s not the functionality that fails, it’s motion, helping users understand what just happened. And this is not a statement in defense of motion design as a discipline. It’s a working note, from inside our studio, of what we actually observe from recent Baltic projects, where motion makes the difference, where motion doesn’t, and how Lithuanian brands can close the gap with the Western European competitors who already think of motion as standard practice, not luxury.

Why Motion Becomes Crucial for Lithuania Today

Lithuania is no longer a hidden gem of a startup market. By the end of 2024, there are 282 active fintech companies in the country, serving more than 30 million customers within the EU and making Vilnius the second-largest fintech hub in the European Union after Germany. By the year 2025, Lithuanian startups raise a record-breaking €238 million and break their record of exits in history. Not coincidentally, the best motion design companies in Lithuania are helping power this growth, giving Baltic brands the visual language they need to compete on a global stage.

Here’s what this means.

The Lithuanian Market in 2025

SignalWhat it implies
282 active fintech firmsVisually, you are competing with EU-licensed companies, not local brands.
#2 fintech hub in the EUVisual references in pitch decks: Berlin and London instead of Vilnius.
€238M raised in 2025Investors’ deck standards in Lithuania are becoming Scandinavian.
Highest exits on recordPotential buyers are paying extra attention to product polish and how it works.

This is the part people remember. The part that’s not getting enough coverage: most of these startups compete now not for the local attention, but for the global audience. Against Revolut, against N26, against Wise, which are already incorporating motion as the fundamental part of the user experience. When you present yourself via the static screenshot in your deck, you appear behind the curve. This is the gap you should close, and choosing the right motion graphic design company in Lithuania is often the fastest way to start closing it.

Where Motion Earns User Attention (and How Most Brands Fail Doing That)

Here’s the short summary of the first version of this article, split into three parts: the science behind emotions, the audiences’ expectations, and the cost of poor story telling. All of them were saying exactly the same thing. Here’s a combined version of the ones backed with data.

What we observe in our work

Across recent projects in Europe, users grasp animated onboarding sequences significantly quicker than static tutorials – especially those involving complex fintech or AI-powered interfaces, where it’s impossible to communicate the product value in a single static screenshot. Teams that collaborate with us often find out during the process that users skip the screens with static information but spend time studying those animated – not because the animation is funnier than static copy, but because the animation explains what the product is. Motion is simply a more efficient communication tool.

This pattern repeats frequently enough for us to stop seeing it as an exception rather than rule. We’ve learned that absence of motion in onboarding is a strong diagnostic sign, meaning that the product team underestimated the audience’s patience.

At INKLUSIVE, we’ve developed the habit of starting any discovery conversation with a single question: what happens in your product in the first three seconds after the user signs up? Most of the time, the team fails to provide any answer. And the absence of the answer is usually the place to find the motion gap.

Another frequent pattern that is hardly a coincidence: all the Baltic brands that we inherit from other agencies always have a Figma file named “animations – to do later”. Motion gets delegated not only to the last stage of development – it is deferred to the point when the team doesn’t have time for it. But there is another approach as well – the one that wins.

The broader data we have

According to Wyzowl’s State of Video Marketing 2026 report, based on 12 consecutive years of analysis, 91% of businesses use video in their marketing strategy and 99% of video marketers admit that videos increased user understanding of their products. And according to the separate LinkedIn Marketing Report 2025, B2B posts with animated explanations get 75% higher engagement.

Again, these statistics may be helpful but they are not the point. Their implication is. Animation is no longer considered a competitive advantage in most industries. It’s the norm. And this is exactly the benchmark Lithuanian brands are increasingly competing with internationally.

The INKLUSIVE Motion Intent Framework

After working with a certain number of projects as a motion design company in Lithuania, we’ve discovered one interesting thing about the best-performing brands. They don’t use more motion – they use it consciously. Most of the teams we analyze fail to do one of three following things.

LayerNameFunctionalityCost if skipped
01Functional motionLoading states, hover interaction, animated state switches, anything that helps users understand what just happened. The product feels cold or sluggish even when nothing technically is wrong.
02Explanatory motionAnimated onboarding sequences, tour guides, animated features reveal, anything that explains users what to do.Users skip all static copy, unable to understand the product value.
03Brand motionEasing curves, idle animations, animated transitions, anything that makes the brand unique in motion. The brand lacks personality and feels generic in product.

Our motion audit is based precisely on this framework, going through all three motion layers from the bottom upwards. We haven’t seen brand motion working effectively without the functional one. But we’ve seen quite some cases when functional motion carried the whole user experience alone, without any brand-level implementation.

Case Study: What We Have Discovered About Onboarding Motion in One Recent Engagement

A short example from one of our Baltic projects, anonymized at the client’s request. But the lessons of this particular case could easily apply to any of our recent engagements.

It was a Baltic-based B2B SaaS platform in the financial operations area, targeting small to medium-size European businesses. Activation rate, the share of users completing the setup within the first week – stayed steady on low level for the last nine months. The team had tried various ways of fixing it: improved the copywriting, shortened the sign-up form, added the checklist… Nothing helped.

But the motion audit of the onboarding revealed a crucial problem. It wasn’t about the steps the user should complete, they needed animated help in imagining the final step. Each screen was static and abrupt. And users needed time to figure out what comes next, leaving halfway before they did it.

LayerBeforeAfter
Functional motionAbrupt state changes, no rhythm in loading, no responsiveness.Smoothened transitions, defined loading rhythm giving the sense of progress.
Explanatory motionEvery step of onboarding was static, leaving users guessing what happens next.Animated introduction to the main step showing the final result.
Brand motionThe only recognizable motion element was the static logo.Recurring motion behavior connected with visual identity.
OutcomeZero change in activation rate despite numerous iterations of the onboarding process.Activation rate changed dramatically within the first month.

We don’t claim that motion redesign solved the problem alone. Usually, there is no single reason behind any particular onboarding process. But the support team noticed that the number of requests “what should I do with this screen?” dropped notably. Which was an essential clue for us.

Motion is not the finishing layer. At least when talking about the onboarding process, it often becomes the key layer, enabling everything else.

Why Lithuanian Brands Specifically Fail With Motion

There are a couple of common patterns we notice in our motion design audits of Baltic brand systems. These problems are common to any brand identity. But their consequences become more severe specifically for Lithuania because the competition here is not local but international, and the market is relatively small.

Pitch decks that look smaller than they should be

If you develop a product in Lithuania and are seeking funds in Germany or any other Western European country, it doesn’t matter whether your deck follows the German and Scandinavian standards or not. A static chart, a static product photo, a static description of the team’s members will convey to the audience that you are running a small operation. This happens often: we’ve had plenty of cases where the business was objectively better than the deck but the founders struggled to understand why investors stopped calling them. The problem was – the product was perceived as smaller than it really was.

Demonstrations that overexplain the concept

It is not unusual in Lithuanian culture for engineers to be overly respectful to the customer’s intelligence. As a result, the demonstration videos we review tend to be dense and elaborate. It takes time to explain everything. But the international audience usually loses interest after two minutes. And instead of watching the whole video, users need just a little teaser animation showing them the product value quickly. We see lots of teams who refuse to implement such an animation because of the false belief that they lack rigor. But actually, they just need a little intro in order to catch the audience’s attention.

Brand identities that remain static

A brand identity in 2026 that lacks animation principles is just as incomplete as the one that lacks typography rules. Several Baltic brand identities we’ve been inheriting from other agencies lacked easing language, transition behaviors, or any defined motion style. The identity felt static. It worked great as long as it was used statically – but in the product world, it didn’t fit. Engaging a creative motion graphic design agency early in the brand-building process is how the best teams avoid this exact pitfall.

What This Means For Baltic Entrepreneurs or Marketing Leaders

If motion is the communication layer that lets you communicate better, INKLUSIVE is where you need to look for help. In Lithuania, most of our engagements involve one of the two approaches: audit of an existing product’s motion or a motion identity built for the newly designed brand.

Both of them work equally efficiently.

You’ve done it. The numbers are good. The product is good. But here you are in front of an investor, a buyer, or competing with others in your market, and there’s that niggling feeling that your brand isn’t resonating. What’s causing it? Almost certainly, you haven’t nailed brand identity design. Not creatively, operationally. Because those with high valuation figures aren’t just building products and services; they’ve built the visual familiarity that translates into pricing power, investor confidence, and market dominance.

Here’s how.

Two companies. Same stats. Different valuations.

Imagine two startup founders pitching investors in the same week. The same revenues, growth rates, and product quality. One lands the premium valuation. The other gets a basic valuation multiple.

What determines the difference almost never lies in the spreadsheets. It comes down to how both businesses look – in the decks, on the shelf, onscreen, or in emails.

One looks like it has got its act together. All visual materials, packaging, and posts on social media deliver consistent messaging. While the other is inconsistent, confusing. Consistent visual identity conveys operational maturity in measurable numbers.

Investors who understand the above do not regard design as a creative exercise; it is financial infrastructure.

A brand is no longer what we tell the consumer it is. It is what consumers tell each other it is.

According to cognitive psychologists, processing fluency means the ability of the brain to perceive the stimulus easily. When something is perceived easily by the brain, the brain rewards it with high value and memorability. It is not brand science; it is neuroscience. And it directly impacts revenues.

Visual Brand Distinctiveness: Not Being Unique but Consistent

While one may assume visual distinctiveness has anything to do with creativity, it has nothing to do with it. What is visual distinctiveness is consistency, and that’s how dominant brands such as Apple, Patagonia, Oatly, Glossier, and Stripe operate and win. Not because their visual identities changed but because they created deeper consistency in their systems.

At INKLUSIVE, visual systems never follow fads; they build competitive advantages through deep consistency that other brands cannot beat overnight.

This is a principle behind every project we take on: packaging, motion graphics, presentations, and social media content.

The moment when brand ceases to be hypothetical

There are numerous brand touchpoints; however, the moment packaging becomes a tangible manifestation of intangible products, something real customers can hold in their hands. From the box’s shape to product reveal – every interaction will generate memory traces that digital advertising does not have a chance to create.

Quantifiable:

The problem most brands don’t even realize they face

The main problem of modern packaging design is a development approach. Most teams perceive it as a task, design it, receive approval, and print. Great approach as long as your SKU range is small. The founder of a fast-growing FMCG business recently mentioned: “In six months, we launched three new product variants. As a result, we ended up with three separate brands in our collection.” Not an artistic failure, but rather system inconsistency.

Consistent patterns of problems:

 • Variant inconsistency: Different SKUs are presented as completely different brands in the same collection
 • Inconsistent hierarchy: Inconsistent prioritization of compliance text, product, and brand
 • Information clutter: Additional information added in an illogical way, creating inconsistencies in layout

Slowly deteriorating results:

 • Reducing market performance
 • Decreasing revenues
 • No one blames design, because nobody sees it as a system for consistent development.

The best packaging design is invisible. You don’t notice the packaging but rather the product inside of it.

— Aayush Jain, Founder, INKLUSIVE

Why INKLUSIVE approaches packaging differently

Unlike other agencies that begin designing a package by creating aesthetics, we start with an analysis of the current portfolio. Our approach ensures that all future packages belong to the same visual family, despite your growth trajectory.

01. Portfolio audit

Evaluate your packaging for consistency and identify gaps

02. Design system definition

Define the hierarchy, brand expression, and SKU differentiation rules

03. Retail environment test

Ensure packaging works against competitive pressure in store

04. Integration

Ensure packaging adheres to format, structure, and production requirements

05. Governed roll-out

Maintain consistency in growth cycles, relaunches, and market entries

The brand in movement

If packaging represents tangible aspects of brand identity design, motion is where a brand comes alive. From in-app transitions to website animations, to video and film sequences, all are brand communications. And consistency – or lack of – communicates sophistication or lack thereof.

TouchpointInconsistencyConsistency
App onboardingConfusing, low-polishSmooth, premium feel
Website transitionsGeneric, forgettableDistinctive, branded
Product revealsChaotic, unpolishedPrecise, calculated
Social mediaTrend-orientedBrand-controlled content
Event presentationsDisjointedUnified brand authority

The most common mistake when doing motion

Animation without logical structure quickly descends into chaos. In many instances, even impressive-looking motion designs fail because they prioritize style over consistency.

For INKLUSIVE motion design, there are four core principles:

 1. Kinetic hierarchy: Where to place the focus of attention within a transition?
 2. Storyboard discipline: Plan animation ahead before any keyframe is produced
 3. Platform logic: Calibrate pace and format to target platform and audience
 4. Controlled velocity: Transitions should serve the message rather than impress viewers

The ROI impact of consistent motion design is both quantitative and qualitative. 83% of marketers report that motion content increases sales (Wyzowl, 2026). But there’s more to it than measurable returns. When all of a brand’s digital touchpoints are animated with consistent logic, viewers don’t register it. Instead, they subconsciously experience the brand as premium.

Perception and market value

As straightforward as it might seem, there is a direct link between design and financial performance. Companies in the McKinsey Design Index outperformed the S&P 500 Index over 10 years by a factor of 211%. But here’s the important part, those returns came not from consistent design but from consistent design management practices.

What does that mean to you? Before making an investment in design, particularly when raising money – you need to do far more than create a nice-looking deck. You must ensure every investor touchpoint reflects the same story with consistent visual messages across the board.

Brand equity scores are financial metrics, not marketing ones

Brand equity scores – composite indicators of awareness, brand perceived quality, and loyalty measured by Interbrand and Kantar, are used to analyze and evaluate intangible asset values by investment analysts, included in acquisition deals, and considered by private equity companies when assessing brand resilience. They’re not vanity metrics; they’re the numbers that go in due diligence reports.

The cost of inconsistency

A company loses equity not only by releasing poor-quality products or running unsuccessful campaigns. It loses equity over decades through fragmenting experiences and failing to connect with consumers. New packaging design without updating the motion system. A trend-based visual campaign by an agency that doesn’t align with the established identity. An investor deck that’s visually inconsistent with the company website. Constant switching in aesthetic on social media with every marketing director’s changeover.

They might seem harmless individually, but collectively, they communicate something the brand never intended:

CONSUMERS HEAR
“I’ll play it safe and pick what I recognize.”
B2B buyers hear
“This company seems immature.”
Investors hear
“Looks like they haven’t decided who they are yet.”
THE MARKET HEARS
“We haven’t decided who we are yet.”

The erosion is subtle. But it’s costly.

WHAT INKLUSIVE DOES

Brand systems. Not creative assets.

Assets are limited to a campaign cycle. Systems are consistent beyond each project, spanning a lifetime of marketing efforts, across countries, continents, products, and audiences. The difference in mindset may seem simple; it completely transforms the nature of the design process.

With the brand identity design approach, packaging informs the motion system, motion informs the presentation system, which informs the visuals of social media content. Each subsequent touchpoint reinforces recognition rather than starts anew.

Who benefits most right now

 • Fast-growing startups entering new markets: A brand with consistent visuals creates immediate recognition and trust with previously unknown audiences.
 • Established brands maintaining category leadership: Visual consistency provides the competitive advantage for pricing and retention.
 • Brands getting ready for capital investments or acquisitions: Coherence in visuals becomes another argument for valuation.

Building equity takes time.

Brands gaining value today are not the most creative; they’re the ones who’ve kept saying the same thing consistently across all possible touchpoints for decades.

Visual consistency isn’t about artistry; it’s about compounding value. Markets price it. Investors notice it. Consumers reward it.

Ultimately, equity is built in the quiet consistency of everything your brand communicates.

Design consistency compounds.

Consistency compounds. We help brands engineer it.

Build the visual systems your future valuation will depend on.

Ready to Build a Brand That Compounds in Value?

If you want consistent creative systems that strengthen recognition, trust, and long-term brand equity, INKLUSIVE can help you scale design with clarity and consistency.

The post From Animation to Impact: Why Motion Design in Poland Is Becoming a Business Tool first appeared on Inklusive - Everything Creative. Almost..

TL;DRPoland boasts some of the best animation skills on Earth. The difference is what Polish brands expect animation to do for them now. The gaming titans developed motion for audience engagement. But the SaaS, fintech, and deeptech startups scaling in Poland require animation that facilitates product understanding, investment, and business-to-business conversions in completely unknown markets. INKLUSIVE designs its motion design services around this paradigm shift.

Animation Never Really Was the Point

Polish studios have proved themselves capable of producing some of the best animations in the industry, from Netflix originals to Hollywood blockbusters and global advertising campaigns, over the past two decades. There is no longer any doubt about this. However, the question every reputable motion design company in Poland is asked by clients today has little to do with producing engaging content anymore. Can motion design created to engage an audience be considered equally efficient when applied to sales conversions?

No, and understanding why is extremely important for all Polish brands right now.

The year 2025 was significant for Poland as a technological player in the global startup arena. After years of promising potential, Poland turned into one of the strongest players in robotics and deeptech, raising more than €180 million within one year (2024), a whopping 30% increase year-on-year. Polish technology companies now scale up their businesses into unknown European and American markets. Their audiences know nothing about the brand they are trying to sell a product to. The product needs to be fully understood first. Only then can it gain enough trust for sales. And here is where motion design comes in. Not to establish brand identity but create a sales pipeline.

The Three Stages of Polish Motion Design

Poland’s motion design evolution maps directly onto the commercial evolution of the brands it served.

Stage 1: Gaming honed cinematic skills.

Trailers for CD Projekt’s Cyberpunk 2077 and the Witcher Cinematics. The goal was creating emotional appeal, excitement, and intrigue. The metrics were engagement and attention. This was an era of masterful production and storytelling-centric animation.

Stage 2: E-commerce brought utility to motion design.

Poland’s Allegro showed that the country was capable of large-scale commercial motion design. Then came InPost, bringing motion to the service experience: explaining UX and product use cases, educating the audience about benefits. Animation was now about communication rather than entertainment.

Stage 3: SaaS, Fintech, and Deeptech demand something else entirely.

The country has around 400 fintech startups today. Two-thirds of those serve enterprises and financial institutions and have already scaled into Western Europe and other foreign markets. Meanwhile, SaaS companies continue to dominate CEE’s tech sector, 796 at the early and growth stages in total. Motion graphic design services in Poland providing such startups now face a very different brief from those that created Poland’s impressive creative reputation.

“This is the brief for a motion graphic design company in Poland: these brands are pitching highly complex products to potential buyers that don’t know them and have zero patience for motion that engages but fails to explain.” — INKLUSIVE

Measuring “Impact” in the New Economy

The word “impact” is used loosely nowadays. For B2B brands in Poland, growing their business through foreign markets, there is a much clearer definition.

 • 87% of marketers report that video helped increase their sales.
 • 96% report it helped increase brand awareness.
 • 99% say that video helped increase user understanding of their product, an all-time record.

The latter statistic here is critical. User understanding leads to trust. And trust leads to purchase in B2B markets characterized by lengthy sales cycles and numerous stakeholders. The more motion that can educate users, the more conversions it can generate.

This is what impact-driven motion looks like for Poland’s three fastest-growing sectors:

Fintech: Motion that builds trust before the product arrives.

Enterprise buyers will make their decision based on which company they trust. Explaining payment flows through visual animations establishes this crucial element of the purchasing decision – not the product.

SaaS: Motion that educates in 60 seconds.

Embedding animated content into landing pages increases conversions by 86%. But only when this content is properly geared towards the client’s needs – the brief for success in Poland is “What does this person need to understand within 60 seconds?”

Deeptech: Motion that maintains credibility while reducing complexity.

People watch videos because they help understand a product. 96% of viewers will go on to buy it after watching. But for a deeptech product, this means the challenge of making sure it doesn’t become too simple.

The Structural Shift That Alters the Brief

A clear trend that runs through all three of these industries: the motion is now aimed at audiences that haven’t bought into the brand yet. They need to see something persuasive without prior interest or familiarity. When it comes to what a motion graphic design company in Poland creates under such conditions, one shift becomes readily apparent.

What Gets Modified?Motion That’s Based on EngagementMotion That’s Based on Impact
ObjectiveCapture attention/emotionProvide proof/convince
Graphics usedVisuals conveying infoCharts making just one claim
Assumption about audienceViewers have context to start withViewers do not have context
Measure of successLikes/shares/positive commentsMovement through the pipeline after the follow-up

And the fourth point is the crucial one. Praise-worthy yet without any pipeline movement means commercial failure – and in today’s Polish economy, this is the only kind of failure that truly matters.

How INKLUSIVE Creates Motion That Moves Markets

INKLUSIVE is an international creative studio partnering with 786+ brands such as Brookfield Asset Management, Salesforce, Carrier Corporation, Hero MotoCorp, ABInBev in a market where the brief is consistent regardless of the project: motion must be commercial and not visual.

“Don’t show all your data. Show the one number that changes the decision in the room.” — Nancy Duarte, Author of Resonate

With Polish brands scaling up in size, and thus requiring the best motion design companies in Poland that offers globally-calibrated motion services that targets specific audiences, the process of engagement remains the same in every single case: starting with the brief about the decision that the viewer must make, not a reference about what we should do to deliver our visual promise.

When helping Polish brands move from being animation-driven to impact-focused, INKLUSIVE works based on four key principles:

1. One message per frame.

The idea is that every frame contains one verified conclusion rather than a topic, which creates the structure of the motion piece designed for persuasion.

2. Design for the async viewer.

Most B2B sales assets are viewed by an average of 3.7 people internally who have not seen the initial pitch, hence every motion piece is created in two formats: live and asynchronous.

3. Mapping motion to decision stage.

The investor motion piece should use different logic from the product motion piece – it will depend on the stage of the decision that is being made.

4. Consistency at all touchpoints.

A dedicated Creative Manager trained in your brand, sector, buyer profile is assigned to every single motion asset we produce. Output in two formats in 24-48 hours with eight steps of quality assurance done on each file.

“Clarity is not dumbing down. Clarity is respecting the intelligence of the audience by respecting their time.” — Alan Siegel, Branding Expert

Whether engaging in a partnership with an experienced creative motion graphic design agency or entering into a collaborative relationship with a global creative studio, your point of departure should remain the same: the question the viewer must ask rather than the answer the brand must provide.

The Point

Poland is not creating its unique definition of motion design through the visuals we create. Instead, it’s defining motion design by expanding its range of applications.

The country boasts 3,000+ startups and a growing number of unicorns like ElevenLabs, Allegro, InPost, CD Projekt, and Techland. SaaS scaleups, fintech platforms, and deeptech startups pitching London and New York need internationally-calibrated motion design that moves markets.

This is the brief we’re built for and the one Poland’s most ambitious brands can afford to offer.

Ready to Scale Your Story Beyond Borders?

If your brand needs motion design built for global investors, international markets, and high-growth communication, INKLUSIVE can help you create visuals that move audiences and markets alike.

The post Why Your B2B Newsletter is Failing: The Critical Link Between High-End Illustration and Email CTR first appeared on Inklusive - Everything Creative. Almost..

]]>
TL;DRThe reason for B2B newsletter failures is not in the content but in the way this content is presented and perceived. Being faced with emails in a hectic environment, readers scan the visuals in a few seconds and decide whether they want to spend more time there or leave right away. At INKLUSIVE, our creative team creates newsletters as an interactive visual hierarchy system to navigate users through it effectively.

The Number That Will Get Ignored

Whenever discussing the results of email marketing efforts in the meetings, one cannot miss the celebration of open rates. However, this is the number you should be concerned about:

Click rates on average email in 2025 – 2.09%

Time users spent reading emails, less than nine seconds

This is how a decision to edit the subject line comes to a B2B marketer’s mind. But it isn’t going to help because the wrong approach was taken in planning B2B email marketing strategy.

When analyzing low-performing B2B newsletters, we hardly ever find a problem in content but in the absence of hierarchy and visual communication design.

“Design is not decoration. It is communication.” — Milton Glaser, Graphic Designer

Readers don’t read. They scan and then they leave.

So here is how it happens in reality for the B2B audience member:

MomentWindowReader actionsOutcome influencers
First moment0–2 secondsDecides: Stay or leaveClarity of layout, visual identity, consistency of rendering
The scan2–8 secondsTravels from anchor points to copyHierarchy of elements, illustrations, spacing of content
The decisionAfter the scanClick or closePresence of the call-to-action along the path of the eye

Newsletter design should cater to the third moment, an engaging CTA following a well-crafted piece of copy. However, failing to create engagement in the first two moments means the reader is already lost.

The problem here isn’t with the button, it’s everything leading up to the button.

“Most teams optimize emails for content. We optimize them for what happens before the content is even read.” — INKLUSIVE

Why Stock Imagery Is Quietly Killing Your B2B Email Click-Through Rate

Over 41.5% of marketers stated that creating original graphics, including infographics, yielded the best results. Nevertheless, the first thing B2B marketing teams default to when creating their newsletters is stock photography, simply because it’s quick and easy to do.

However, the cost comes much later, in metrics.

Stock imagery fails B2B email on these three accounts:

No brand memory. Four out of five stock pictures in one industry are used by multiple firms, making the imagery invisible instead of trustworthy.

No behavioural purpose. Stock pictures merely take up space. An intentional graphic illustration can direct eyes to key areas and guide the reader to action.

No authenticity signal. A misleading choice in stock photos may undermine your branding efforts, the subscriber will know.

That’s where custom newsletter illustrations come into play.

This is what professional illustration brings to B2B newsletters that stock imagery cannot:

Transforms the abstract into the digestible

B2B services or technical products are complex concepts, illustrate them for better understanding and readability without dumbing down.

Creates intentional visual disruption of the reading process.

An impactful illustration stops the eye and makes the subscriber pay attention. Stock imagery stopped having this effect long ago.

Ties the CTA into the visual journey.

If the illustration creates the visual journey through the newsletter, then the call-to-action is seen as its logical conclusion.

Creates issue-to-issue visual recognition.

A consistent style of illustrations gives subscribers an opportunity to identify your newsletter even before reading the company name.

Where Email Marketing Best Practices Fall Short

Email design best practices tend to talk about individual components: choosing button colours, calculating the right image-to-text ratio, testing mobile responsiveness. While all of this is vital, this is only a part of the story.

The difference between top-quartile email marketing performance (over 50% open rate, 10%+ CTR) and average performance isn’t necessarily content. It’s about the rigor of execution. And the most vulnerable link in the execution chain is the visual aspect.

These recurring design problems INKLUSIVE notices in B2B newsletters:

Email visuals are considered a secondary aspect of email creation.

Content is written, and it’s inserted into the layout, rather than created along with it. Visual design should shape both content structure and presentation.

Insufficient layout testing.

Figma shows a perfect layout, but Gmail, Outlook, and mobile clients distort it. Poor mobile display kills credibility right away.

CTA placement dictated by templates.

Instead of placing the CTA based on visual flow and logic, the team uses the default template position, which might ruin chances of conversion.

Illustrations absent or decorative.

When visuals aren’t integral to the email, it consumes valuable visual space, which could have been used to organize content more logically.

Lack of visual consistency across issues.

Subscribers won’t recognize a newsletter if layouts differ in each issue.

None of these issues prevent you from sending out newsletters, but they prevent them from reaching their potential.

How INKLUSIVE Overcomes These Challenges

This is where things start to happen. To each of these recurrent visual challenges identified above, INKLUSIVE has a direct answer in every single B2B newsletter brief we work on:

The GapHow INKLUSIVE Resolves It
Design as a Final StepEach project begins with design elements: layout, structure, copy is integrated within the design flow, not imposed upon it
Rendering Not ValidatedEach email is tested in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and mobile before being deployed, stability takes absolute priority
CTA Placement Based on TemplateCTA placement follows illustration and hierarchy flows; it isn’t based on the default CTA location in templates
Illustration Missing or OrnamentalEach project has custom illustrations which have a specific function to fulfill: guiding, anchoring, educating, or converting
Consistency Across IssuesINKLUSIVE employs a fixed visual system for each client that ensures consistency in terms of style, hierarchy, and illustration across newsletters

This is more than a prettier newsletter. This is a newsletter where all elements, all layout, all illustration, all hierarchy, all CTA, work together in one common goal: to motivate the reader into action.

That is the distinction between a newsletter that works and one that merely arrives.

The BIOTRONIK Proof: The Power of INKLUSIVE to Tame Complexity

Theory makes it clear why design should matter. The proof comes in a brief.

A global leader in cardiac rhythm management, neuromodulation, and vascular intervention, BIOTRONIK turned to INKLUSIVE for a brief that reveals all the shortcomings of visual structure in a newsletter.

In order for their quarterly internal magazine, the BIO Barometer, to house four business divisions, three statements from executives, clinical milestone information (FDA submission deadlines & CE regulatory study status), and a featured piece – all within a single A3 format, readable across the globe, by medics, salespeople, engineers, and managers – all in less than two minutes.

The hurdles faced were obvious:

 • Four division heads, all competing to establish their own priorities within the page real estate
 • The need for clinical precision for specialists and immediate comprehension for generalists
 • Rendering in multiple formats: A3 print, PDF, online – requiring different considerations for readability
 • Late edits and changes in content from various departments with divergent approval processes

The INKLUSIVE approach was architectural:

ProblemINKLUSIVE Solution
Volume vs. ClarityOne key take-away per division; supporting information below, not side-by-side
Divisional hierarchyFour column grid, equal visual emphasis; focus section given special treatment
Mixed target audienceInformational visual references, “3 Million Leads”, “18 U.S. Physicians”, specialist gets the details, generalist gets the bottom line straight away
Flexible formatsModular grid system works equally well in print, PDF and digital format without reformatting
Time constraintsIndividual division blocks editable on their own, no cascading effects from changing one section

The Q4 edition hit the target launch date. Four departments, three leader quotes, one focus story, one global achievement, easily navigable in under two minutes, all key updates visible instantly, no scrolling or hunting necessary.

Once we tracked our newsletter engagement metrics post-launch, we discovered what good design should always show us, our readers made it through the whole issue without any drop-offs, and all key updates were reached without scrolling or hunting.

Our design did not minimize BIOTRONIK’s complexity, it made it navigable.

“You now have to decide what ‘image’ you want for your brand. Image means personality. Products, like people, have personalities, and they can make or break them in the marketplace.” — David Ogilvy

Three Questions Your Next Issue Should Answer Before It Sends

As you prepare the next issue of your newsletter, ask yourself:

1) Is there something in this email a reader will immediately recognize as its key message? In less than two seconds, and without having read anything in the text? If not, your hierarchy needs improvement.

2) Is the CTA the conclusion of a well-designed visual experience? Or does it feel like an interruption that follows the copy? When that’s the case, it’s a function of the email template, rather than an optimal solution from a communications standpoint.

3) Could your subscribers recognize this email without checking the sender name? If not, your visual system needs improvements, and soon.

None of these are design questions per se. They’re questions that define your email marketing strategy.

Final Thoughts

Ultimately, your strategy for sending emails depends not on what you send, but on how it’s received.

Creating newsletters as well-defined visual systems with hierarchy, professional email visuals, predictable rendering across platforms, and content leading readers into the call-to-action eliminates the need for readers to do more work to find what you have to say. Not because they magically have the time, but because your newsletter tells them what to do next.

And there lies the crucial connection between professional illustration and email CTR.

Because when design is applied as a tool that removes any possible friction between a reader and the desired action, that is the reason behind successful CTRs.

INKLUSIVE creates newsletters that attract the reader’s attention, facilitate their understanding and move them forward towards a clear and actionable next step.

No retainers. No long-term contracts. Creative aligned with your brand delivered in 48 hours.

Ready to Improve Your Email CTR?

If you want newsletters that guide readers clearly from attention to action, INKLUSIVE can help you create email designs built to perform.

The post Solving the ‘Talent Gap’ for Mid-Market Firms: Building a Multi-Channel Brand on a Single DaaS Subscription first appeared on Inklusive - Everything Creative. Almost..

]]>
TL;DRIf mid-market companies can't scale their brand, it isn't because they're losing to competitors with larger teams, it's because they're losing to competitors with better systems. Whether they've got a network of scattered freelancers, a sluggish agency partnership, or a sporadic, inconsistent series of campaigns, mid-market businesses have hit a ceiling due to a lack of creative infrastructure. In this post, we'll discuss the fallacy of more talent as a solution, explore what it takes to build a robust multi-channel brand system, and explain how INKLUSIVE's outsourced marketing team framework allows mid-market firms to scale design, without having to grow their headcount.

Somewhere between 50 and 500 employees, something silently fails.

The brand you’ve painstakingly cultivated from the early days, tight presentations, consistent social media, singular voice across all channels starts becoming three separate identities across the company’s various streams.

The image on the LinkedIn post contradicts the presentation deck. The header on the email contradicts the website. Four freelancers create assets with nothing else in common except the company logo.

That’s the point at which most firms make the mistake. They conclude the issue has something to do with talent. Hence, they list a senior designer. Or engage an additional agency. Or hire a creative coordinator.

None of it makes sense because the problem isn’t talent – it’s lack of a system.

What Brand Fragmentation Is Actually Costing You

“Inconsistent branding” comes across as a subjective complaint, but it isn’t.

 • Revenue increase of 23% to 33% for firms that present consistent branding on all platforms.
 • 81% of companies produce material contradicting brand guidelines regularly.
 • Up to 20% of marketing personnel effort is wasted correcting inconsistencies and mistakes rather than creating value.
 • 43% of design companies report talent shortage issues. The in-house talent pool isn’t expanding, quite the opposite.

The inconsistency between brand ambitions and their execution has never been bigger. And in mid-sized firms, this discrepancy becomes even more noticeable.

Solution: Why Brand Requires a System Instead of Talent

Mid-sized firms find themselves in a peculiar dilemma: while they’ve outgrown the early-stage, everyone-for-everything strategy, they haven’t built sufficient brand infrastructure of a fully-fledged enterprise-level organization yet.

Thus, the gap between ambitions and capacities arises, which manifests itself in the following form:

Freelancer ecosystem: A dedicated social media designer here, a specialist in presentations there, and a regular video editor on retainer. Each of these professionals creates high-quality materials independently but without any consistency between the brand visuals. The brand breaks apart every time there’s a seam between the vendors.

Agency cycles: An initial briefing is done. Then three weeks of waiting for concepts. Followed by revisions and another week for final tweaks. In six weeks’ time, the material is outdated. Time is money.

In-house bottleneck: One or two in-house designers handle all channels independently. Good, overwhelmed, unable to establish consistency of the brand image.

“You cannot buy your way out of a bad system.” – W. Edwards Deming

And here’s the catch: the problem won’t solve itself with more designers. What’s required is more robust system design, a single creative infrastructure overseeing everything. That’s the secret of scaling brand design in mid-market firms.

The Problematic Gap: The Place Where Most Models Fail

Here is a frank assessment of each model’s limitations:

ModelDesigned ForWhere It Falls Apart
Traditional agencyCampaign-focused strategy, depthToo slow, too costly, lacks scalability
FreelancerFlexible task management, affordable rateDoesn’t own any system; brand becomes a jack-of-all-trades
In-house teamConsistency in branding, internal expertiseLacks the capacity to scale for all platforms
DaaS SubscriptionContinual support, multichannel engagement, consistent brandingNeeds a one-time onboarding commitment

None of these models is responsible for owning the system. They create within or around the system but there is nobody accountable for maintaining consistency of the brand identity across all channels and all markets.

Which leads us to the core reason why brand execution fails – which is precisely what the outsourced design team solves.

INKLUSIVE’s Solution: Brand Execution through Outsourced Marketing Model

INKLUSIVE is an outsourced design team that functions not as a vendor but as an integral part of your creative infrastructure. Providing services to 780+ brands globally: Brookfield Asset Management, Salesforce, Carrier Corporation, Hero MotoCorp, and ABInBev, this model is designed entirely according to one principle: brand system first, all other outputs created from within the system.

This is the workflow INKLUSIVE follows:

 • Creative Manager trained to know your brand, sector and target audience, consistent briefing across all outputs, single quality bar, single point of contact for each task.
 • 48 hours turnaround on each project, followed by an eight-point quality control process.
 • Default double versioning: one live version for presentations, second self-contained version for independent review. The average number of viewers of a typical business-to-business sales deck is 3.7 people who were not present at the original presentation.
 • Flexible subscription options that allow scaling up or down as needed, because your creative pipeline does not follow any rigid calendar.

A multi-channel branding strategy will be coherent if only one system and one accountable party govern all of the outputs through all channels.

“Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.” — Steve Jobs

Putting the theory into practice: INKLUSIVE and the case of Hawart Sondermaschinenbau GmbH

Hawart Sondermaschinenbau GmbH is a German industrial manufacturer specializing in production of custom machinery for rotor blade production and logistics components for wind turbine OEMs operating in 24 countries since 1987. Four decades of engineering precision – it had to reflect in the company’s digital presence as well.

The task set before INKLUSIVE included three major workstreams: creation of a company presentation that would serve as a reference point for visual direction, development of a website using Webflow, and establishment of the social media visual strategy and regular content production.

Task: elegant, minimalistic, highly precise visuals.

Step 1: Determine direction before even thinking about creating

Minimality sounds easy enough. It really is not. INKLUSIVE worked out 3-4 conceptual directions and finally settled on one, collaborating until the final result perfectly matched the vision of Hawart. This reference presentation would become a cornerstone of future developments.

Step 2: Develop the website to the highest possible standards

Customer feedback was very precise, given at the element level in Figma: concrete suggestions of certain layout and placement logic. The whole design process took about a month but it was a proper way of doing things. Legacy links on the current website were systematically archived and the development went in phases, first desktop and then adapted for mobile.

View the live build

Step 3: Create a system, not just a set of posts

Rather than creating individual posts, INKLUSIVE developed a visual content system based on five topics, Origins, Manufacturing Process, Products, Industry, and Company Culture, with unique styling in each topic while following the common design logic. Product-focused posts and corporate culture-focused posts do not look alike, but still belong to one system.

Final Thoughts

Medium-size enterprises do not lack high-quality products, they lack consistency in brand execution, failing to communicate how well these products work across multiple marketing channels.

Hawart stands out as a perfect illustration. The precision of engineering extended into visuals and created an online presence that grew stronger with each successive output.

Whether you manufacture industrial equipment, run B2B SaaS software or provide professional services, the logic remains the same, for mid-market design solutions to scale without growing a team, the only solution is the creation of a proper design system. In today’s competitive landscape where businesses strive for growth, a design subscription for startups and scaling enterprises should be considered an essential infrastructure component.

TL;DRNorwegian design is characterized by a focus on simplicity and elegance, yet motion designers continue to work with Norwegian brands using the same approach as with any other international clientele. In the world of business-to-business, where visual credibility is crucial for decision making, such an approach can cost clients quite a bit of money. In this blog post, we explore what makes Norwegian motion design so different and learn how INKLUSIVE helps Norwegian brands craft unique motion systems tailored to their needs and culture.

01: Introduction

The Silent Mismatch That Nobody in Norway Tackles

Norway is known for having one of the most intelligent approaches to branding among European nations. The strategy is strong; the product is legitimate. And most importantly, there is a true belief in sustainability and transparency. But whenever the same thinking enters the world of motion design and ends up in an animated pitch deck, brand video, or social media video clip, the idea gets lost in translation.

This is the silent challenge every motion design company in Norway should solve, but almost nobody does. Generic motion design companies continue approaching Norwegian projects in the way they would any other. There is no thought put into making sure that the visuals will convey the right idea to audiences because of an inherent focus on grabbing attention. But there is a better way.

02: The Basics, Quickly

What Exactly Does Motion Design Company Norway Do for a Brand?

Motion design is the art of communicating using movement and thus enhancing the efficiency, speed and recall of a message. Wardour’s creative team sees motion design as far more than creating moving graphics. That’s what it does:

 1. Brand Animation: Animation of logos and making a dynamic brand within less than 50 milliseconds after opening a page
 2. Kinetic Typography: Using motion for conveying a message rather than just making things look fancy on screen
 3. Explainers: Turning complex products or services into understandable short videos (from 60 to 90 seconds long)
 4. User Interface Animations: Adding hover effects, scrolling animations and transitions for making digital products user-friendly
 5. Social Content: Producing short motion content designed specifically for LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram
 6. Data Visualization: Conveying conclusions in addition to providing the information

It is not only about knowing how to create such motion, but also understanding which tools and techniques are appropriate and when there is no need for motion at all. Very few teams know how to do so properly, yet it is crucial for Norwegian brands.

03: Norwegian Approach to Motion Design

Norwegians Are Different. So Is Their Motion Design.

Norwegians have a different view of the world around them and thus a different culture. Their Janteloven, although not written down and thus hard to explain, is rooted in the culture and reflects the priorities of respectability over showiness, community over self-promotion and meaningfulness over visual spectacle. While never written in any creative briefs, the influence of Janteloven can be felt in everything said and done by Norwegian companies, meaningful and strongly opposed to any visual noise.

Culture is important, but it is not the whole story. The philosophy of design in Norway, including the architectural one, is that the form follows function. It is therefore no surprise that such products as ReMarkable (that removes all the distractions) and Kahoot! (where the learning process is fun but education stays undamaged) were invented in Norway. This is the philosophy of people who believe in the power of restraint.

“Good design is as little design as possible.” — Dieter Rams

That is the key for motion designers to understand Norwegian needs. Rather than flashy animation, the Norwegian companies need relevant, meaningful motion that conveys the necessary message to the intended recipient precisely at the required time. Hardly any studio does so right now, especially since Norway is a country of a tech-savvy audience.

04: The Design Flaw No One Ever Calls Out

Why Most Studios Fail to Hit the Nordic Target

Ask a Norwegian marketing director how they feel about receiving a motion concept from a typical studio, and you’ll always get the same answer: busy. Too many transitions. A font that jumps when it should bounce. Color palettes right out of the playbook of a U.S.-born SaaS company. Audio that energizes when it should inspire.

It isn’t just about looks. It’s about conversions. 75 per cent of people decide whether a brand looks legitimate simply based on their visual design. In Norway, a B2B market where trust makes deals and business cycles take years, the visual legitimacy of your brand is a key contributor to its commercial value. What works in Mumbai and London might appear unprofessional in Oslo.

“Movement should earn its place. If it doesn’t change perception, it’s just noise.” — Aayush Jain, MVP Founder INKLUSIVE

In motion graphic design, the idea remains the same. Don’t show off all your capabilities. Show how the specific movement changes the brand’s perception. And for that, you have to partner up with a motion graphic design company in Norway well enough to communicate within the local culture.

05: The Practical Difference

Stock and Norway Custom Motion Design

The difference lies in specific features, in structure, and in the fact that these designs have proven their efficiency as far as conversions are concerned. Something that most motion graphic agencies wouldn’t show you, although Norwegian brand directors already know about it.

These are the differences:

DimensionGeneric Motion DesignNorway-Aligned Motion Design
PacingQuick cuts, high energy by defaultPurposeful pacing, motion deserves its time
Visual LanguageDrawn from worldwide trend guidesColour palettes driven by brands within their context
Typography in MotionAnimations for purely aesthetic reasonsAnimations for clarity and understanding, appearing when users are prepared
Data VisualisationGraphs that indicate quantity of informationGraphs that render a judgement call, one conclusion per frame
Silence & SpaceStillness considered a void to be filledSilence employed as a tool of confidence
Sustainability SignallingGreen icons used as decorative elementsSustainability built into the design as an integral part

In Norway, for example, over 80% of the cars being sold by the end of 2023 will be electric due to an already existing belief system, not a result of any marketing strategy. Motion design that understands this delivers a convincing product. Motion design that ignores this fact, no matter how technically brilliant it is, seems off somehow.

06: Interpreting the Signals

The warning signs your motion design is ruining your company

Your Norwegian clients aren’t complaining to you that “your pitch is too generic.” Watch out for the following signs instead:

You win deals personally, but not remotely

If your win rate drops when giving your presentations remotely, then your motion design fails at standing alone. Properly constructed motion design should sell without any effort, and your typical pitch deck will be seen only by 3.7 internal stakeholders who didn’t participate in the first meeting.

You get praises but no leads

Whenever people praise you for the quality of your video, it means that it does not change their minds. A good motion design generates one specific belief system regarding the speaker and their abilities and how it will feel to collaborate with him or her.

The assets have an inconsistent look across touchpoints

A website animation is not supposed to be designed the same way as the video in your presentation. Inconsistent visual elements reduce the conversion rate by 23% or more.

The motion design comes off as culturally generic

When a Norwegian viewer mistakes a company brand video with a software-as-a-service commercial of any European city, it means it lacks cultural sensitivity, which is a crucial aspect in Norway’s trust-based B2B climate.

Sustainability is not part of your visual vocabulary

Norwegian audiences are some of the world’s most discerning corporate environmental values readers. A motion design that views sustainability only as a branding effort comes off as hypocritical.

07: The INKLUSIVE Difference

08: The Point

Great Norwegian Ideas Deserve Motion That Suits Them

Ideas at their clearest and purest in the business of this country, defined by restraint and clarity and rooted deeply in value and not in spectacle, deserve motion graphic design services Norway to match them, not follow a cookie-cutter approach based on a global standard.

Norwegian startups have developed faster than those in any other European country. The B2B sales cycles here last long enough to require visual trust. The audiences here are discerning enough to recognize inauthentic motion. It’s time to create a visual language for Norwegian brand communications, before the market fills with competitors like London or Berlin.

Those who act now and use the visual language in accordance with their values will be remembered as leaders for another decade, or more. And that starts with choosing the right creative partner, someone who plans and then executes.
